The Financial Resource Center is a program of Southeastern Housing and Community Development in partnership with South Carolina Regional Housing Authority No. 3. The center provides personalized financial counseling and guidance to help individuals and families prepare for homeownership.

Our HUD-Certified counselors work with first-time homebuyers and individuals who are interested in improving their financial readiness to purchase a home. We are a HUD-Approved Housing Counseling Agency.
