The Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCVP) will reopen its waiting list on January 6, 2020 through January 10, 2020. Applications will only be accepted online and during this time frame only.

Please note that if neither the head of household nor the spouse/cohead of an applicant’s family have a domicile (legal residence) in our jurisdiction at the time that the family’s initial application for assistance was submitted, the family must lease a unit within our jurisdiction for at least 12 months before requesting portablity.
