HCVP is a tenant-based voucher program that helps eligible families access affordable housing in the private rental market. The program serves residents in Aiken, Allendale, Bamberg, Barnwell, Berkeley, Calhoun, Hampton, Jasper, and Orangeburg Counties in South Carolina.
