Our Resident Services team offers programs and support that strengthen families, promote self-sufficiency, and help build engaged communities. Residents may request assistance by selecting the service area that best fits their need.
Services Requested
- Critical Needs
Support for residents facing an immediate need or concern. This may include emergency or crisis support, resource connection, eviction prevention, utility assistance, or food assistance.
- Workforce Development
Support for residents who are seeking employment, training, or career growth. Services may include job search assistance, resume and application support, training or certification referrals, soft skills workshops, and connection to workforce opportunities.
- Resident Council
Support for residents who are interested in leadership, volunteering, sharing program or event ideas, or becoming more involved in their community. Resident Services can help connect residents with opportunities to lead and participate.
- Family Self-Sufficiency Program
This employment-based savings program helps eligible residents work toward financial stability and long-term self-sufficiency.
