The Waiting List Status allows applicants to view relevant including the waiting list applied for, days on waiting list, and current status. It also allows the applicant to request changes—such as changes in address, phone numbers, family composition, or waiting list applied for.

  • Add or remove family member to/from Waiting List

  • Change/correct social security number

  • Display waiting list(s) applicant is currently on

  • Display/change appointments applicant has

  • Display pending offers the applicant has

  • Create/view requests, such as reschedule an appointment or remove member from WL

  • View announcements the HA has made
